“El Centro de Libertad was created in April 1994 to meet the needs of low income Spanish and English speaking members of our community who have problems with substance abuse, alcoholism and other related problems. When I look at what we have been able to achieve in the past four years it gives me a great sense of pride. Our staff is dedicated to the work we do and the people we serve. The attendance at our Spanish and English alumni meetings is a testimony to the caring family atmosphere our clients receive here.
